This recipe starts with any cut of beef that does well in a slow braise. I used a blade roast, trimmed and cut into chunks.
Place into a slow cooker with onion and oranges and pour a mixture of Chili Sauce, Vinegar and Seasonings over the top. Turn it to low and walk away to enjoy your day.
The beef is now very tender and can be shredded by simply crushing and stirring with a wooden spoon.
Place onto a warmed corn tortilla, top with salsa and cheese and enjoy.
I served mine with this amazing Mexican Chopped Salad for a complete and easy meal. It was a great Taco Tuesday!
