Cranberry Rice Pilaf #CranberryWeek

This Cranberry Rice Pilaf is full of Fall flavors and the perfect side dish for your Holiday table this year.

Cranberry Rice Pilaf

We are celebrating Cranberries this week with the Festive Foodies crew.....
Christie of A Kitchen Hoor's Adventures has invited us all to join her in creating and sharing cranberry recipes in honor of National Cranberry Day on November 21st.

I posted a wonderful Cranberry and Pecan bread yesterday and am sharing this Cranberry Rice Pilaf with you today.  Many of the others are posting all week long and you will find their recipes by searching #CranberryWeek on social media.

Let's see what everyone cooked up with Cranberries today.......

Cranberry Rice Pilaf pin

This dish was so wonderfully spiced and flavorful that it was almost like eating a dessert.  I didn't have any leftovers but if I had I would have turned them into a rice pudding.  In fact, I may serve this dish up again when it is just the 3 of us so that I can do just that!!

  2. I have GOT to get out and buy some cranberries! I usually make a wild rice-cranberry-orange dish for Thanksgiving. I might just make it for dinner tonight. Thanks!
