Key Lime Pie Martini
This sweet and tart cocktail is served in a glass rimmed with toasted coconut and crushed graham crackers providing all the flavors of your favorite pie in liquid form.
Ingredients
- 1 t. Key Lime Juice
- 1/2 sheet graham cracker, crushed
- 1/2 T. coconut flakes, toasted
- 1 1/2 oz. coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 3/4 oz. key lime juice
- 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 T. cream of coconut
Instructions
- Combine the graham crackers and toasted coconut and place onto a small plate. Rub the rim of a martini glass with the teaspoon of Key Lime juice and then dip it into the graham cracker mixture. Set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, vodka, Key Lime juice, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Shake until well combined and chilled.
- Strain into the rimmed glass and serve.
