Meyer lemons, used in this classic cocktail, creates a smoother, less acidic drink for you to enjoy.

Meyer Lemon Drop Martini
This classic martini is even better made with Meyer lemons

Ingredients
- Juice and 2 strips of peel, from 2 Meyer Lemons
- 3 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- sugar for rimming glass
Instructions
- Rim 2 martini glasses with sugar by dipping first in water or lemon juice and then in sugar. Set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and vodka and shake until combined and chillled.
- Divide between rimmed glasses and garnish with a lemon peel.
