- 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 t. cream of tartar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 t. almond extract

I tried making angel food cupcakes a while back and failed miserably! I must try your recipe!
ReplyDeleteI think if I make them again I will smooth the tops before baking.
DeleteI have never made an angel food cake. Because cooking it upside down is intimidating. But I would definitely make these. Thanks for joining me.
