Sweet and Spicy Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli, trimmed and cut into large spears
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 3 T. ketchup
- 1 T. honey
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t. crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic and crushed red pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the broccoli to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Roast in a 400* oven, air fryer or gas grill until crisp tender.
