Lavender Bee's Knees Cocktail
The perfect spring cocktail to start off a brunch celebrating all the important women in your life this Mother's Day. Bee's Knees is an iconic cocktail that is lightened up and made special with the addition of a lavender-infused sparkling wine.
Ingredients
- 1 shot of Gin
- 1 shot of honey simple syrup
- 1/2 shot fresh lemon juice
- 1 shot Lavender Bee's Knees Sparkling Wine
Instructions
- To make honey simple syrup, shake together equal parts honey and warm water until the honey dissolves. Store any unused portion in the refrigerator.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, honey simple syrup, and lemon juice, and shake until icy cold and well blended.
- Pour into a chilled martini glass and float the Bee's Knees wine on top.
