I love hosting parties and am hosting this one, today for our Sunday Funday Bloggers.  I asked them to join me in sharing Cocktail and/or Mocktail recipes.   Let's see what everyone is serving up.......
When entertaining, I like to start the evening with a cocktail and appetizers. This allows us to relax and welcome the guests as they arrive.  We offer a full selection of both alcohol and soft drinks but Frank always provides a drink of the night for us to enjoy.

For our last holiday gathering, he made these delicious Winter White Cosmopolitans for us to enjoy.  I provided the Candied Cranberries.

Candied Cranberries

These festive little beauties are simple to make. They are great garnishes for cocktails and also dress up Charcuterie or Grazing Boards.  I put a bowl of them on the bar for Frank to use in his cocktails and our guests were snacking on them as they gathered.

I am including directions in the recipe card below for both the drink and the cranberries.  It is my Christmas gift to you.....

I hope you are lucky enough to spend time with those you love this Holiday Season sharing laughter and good cheer.

You don't have to candy the cranberries but it does add a little festive bling.  When Frank was making his practice Winter White Cosmo (that he forced me to drink LOL) he garnished it with fresh cranberries and it was beautiful as well.
