Beef Kafta
Ingredients
- 1 small bunch parsley, stems removed
- 1 onion
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 t. allspice
- 1/2 t. ground coriander
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- dash of cloves
- dash of cumin
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of cayenne
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place parsley and onion in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add the ground beef to the bowl along with all of the spices listed. Pulse two or three times until combined and mixture is pasty.
- Form this mixture into 12 logs approximately 1" thick.
- Heat a grill to medium high and cook the kafta for 4-5 minutes per side.
