Beef Kafta #BBQWeek

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #BBQWeek. The sponsors, Rainier Foods and Intensity Academy, generously provided samples to participants to aid in the creation of the #BBQWeek recipes and prize packages to give away to the readers. However, all opinions are mine alone.

Beef Kafta

It's time for BBQ Week........

Welcome to the 2022 edition of BBQ Week.  I am so happy to be participating in this years event.  So excited, in fact, that I am joining in the fun even though, as you read this, I am relaxing and enjoying a vacation in Cabo San Lucas.

Luckily, this was not a problem because our host, Christie of A Kitchen Hoor's Adventures is uber organized and makes participating very easy. I was able to prepare all of my recipes before we left and I will be sharing them with you while I'm sitting at the pool at our resort.  I'm starting off with a Middle-Eastern recipe that you are going to love.

Not only are we sharing tons of recipes with you this week but all of our readers are also invited to join in a raffle where they might win some great gifts.  You will be reading more about that at the bottom of this post but right now let's take a look at what everyone brought to the party today........

Middle Eastern Platter

These Beef Kafta were served up as part of a MiddleEastern feast that I served up on the deck along with Shish Tawook and Lebanese Rice.  It was a delicious celebration and a great meal for you to serve up the next time you invite friends for a BBQ.
