Squash, Apple, and Cranberry Casserole
All the wonderful fall flavors you love, baked up in one casserole for a delicious side to enjoy with your upcoming holiday meals.
Prep time: 15 MinCook time: 1 HourTotal time: 1 H & 15 M
Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeds removed, cut into 1/2" thick slices
 - 1 tart apple, peeled and cut into 1/2" thick slices
 - 1/3 c. fresh cranberries
 - 1/4 c. brown sugar
 - 2 T. butter
 - 1/2 T. flour
 - pinch of salt
 - sprinkle of nutmeg
 
Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Set aside.
 - Layer the squash and apples in an 8" square baking pan, treated with cooking spray, sprinkle the cranberries over and in between the slices.
 - Sprinkle the flour mixture on top and dot with the butter.
 - Bake in a preheated 350* oven for about an hour, until squash and apple are tender and the top is lightly browned.
