It's that time of year again....goodbye summer vacations, hello school and work....at least until the Holidays roll around.

I used hard salami, mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, garlic-stuffed olives, and roasted red peppers for my skewers. You can add or change them to whichever ingredients bring you joy.
Yield: 12 skewers

Antipasto Skewers
More of an idea than a recipe, and easily adjusted to please any palate. A fun way to serve charcuterie with no need for plates.
Prep time: 7 MinTotal time: 7 Min
Ingredients
- 12 slices hard salami or 12 bite size chunks of hard salami
- 12 large garlic-stuffed olives
- 12 marinated artichoke hearts
- 12 pieces of jarred, roasted red peppers
- 12 small mozzarella cheese balls
- 12 cocktail-size skewers
Instructions
- If using salami slices, fold each in half and then in half again to make a triangle, thread onto the skewer with the other items that you are using.
