I love Ice Cream and indulge quite often, but sometimes I want to satisfy the craving without all the empty calories and unhealthy fat content. On those days I make myself this Chocolate Avocado Shake.
The best thing about this shake in my opinion is that I can enjoy ice cream for breakfast if I want.

I must say, it does look delicious! In several countries, avocados are used primarily in sweet dishes, a fact which surprised me when I first came across it. I will definitely give your shake a try!
