Deviled Egg Dip #SundayFunday

 All the wonderful flavors of deviled eggs in a dip.  Great for feeding a crowd and a lot less work than deviling the egg halves.

I set this dip out with crackers before dinner and couldn't stay away from it.  Luckily, I still had room for the Steak Bearnaise I served.

Deviled Egg Dip

Deviled Egg Dip

 All the wonderful flavors of deviled eggs in a dip. Great for feeding a crowd and a lot less work than deviling the egg halves.


Prep time: 5 MinTotal time: 5 Min

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled, and peeled
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 T. yellow mustard
  • 2 t. sweet relish
  • dash of hot sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • paprika to garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs, cream cheese, Miracle Whip, mustard, relish. and hot pepper sauce into the bowl of a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Taste, season with salt and pepper. Pulse once or twice more and then scrape into a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
