This was an easy peasy recipe as I started with some frozen lobster tails that were already seasoned with a butter sauce. I simply put them in the oven frozen and let them roast while I made the avocado lime crema. You can, of course, steam your own lobster and then saute the chunks in a butter garlic sauce.

Lobster Tacos
Tender, buttery lobster chunks, shredded cabbage and avocado lime crema enfolded in warmed flour tortillas make for a very special Taco Tuesday or a fun and casual Fish Friday.

Ingredients
- 2 split lobster tails on skewers in butter sauce cooked per package directions or meat from 2 cooked lobster tails, cut into chunks.
- 1 T. butter + 2 garlic cloves, minced (if using cooked lobster chunks)
- flesh of one avocado
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- juice of 1 lime
- salt to taste
- shredded cabbage
- 4 taco size flour tortillas, warmed
Instructions
- Place the avocado, sour cream, and lime juice in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and set aside.
- If using cooked lobster chunks saute in butter and garlic until warmed through. If using frozen, season lobster tails cook per package directions and cut into chunks.
- Place some shredded cabbage onto the warmed tortillas.
- Divide the lobster meat and place on top of the cabbage.
- Add a dollop of the avocado crema and serve with additional crema for people to add as desired.
