Completos (Chilean Hot Dogs)
Ingredients
- Hotdogs (your favorite brand)
- Hotdog buns
- chopped onion
- chopped tomato
- smashed avocado
- ketchup and mustard
Instructions
- Cook hotdog using your favorite technique. I broil or grill mine.
- Place onto a hotdog bun.
- Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions.
- Spread on desired amount of avocado.
- Top with ketchup and mustard.
