I served this Irish Apple Cake as dessert on St. Patrick's Day but it is a delicious dessert that is perfect for anytime. Dense, yet moist, stuffed with apple slices and served with a creamy, custard sauce it is a little taste of heaven.

Caramel Apple Strudel #SundayFunday
Delicious, seasonal apples tossed with traditional apple pie seasonings and cooked to a delicious filling before being placed onto puffed pastry, drizzled with caramel sauce, wrapped into a packet and baked to a golden brown. I served it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with caramel ribbon.
