We are celebrating our Valentine's Day on Monday because Wednesday is the first day of our Lenten Season and we will be fasting and abstaining from meat on that day. I hope you find some promising recipes from our event today to sweeten and spice up your date night!!!

Sweet and Spicy Chicken
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs with honey and turmeric glaze spiced up with a bit of heat from cayenne pepper.
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 15 MinTotal time: 20 Min
Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 4-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 t. ginger paste
- 1 1/2 T. honey
- 1 T. oyster sauce
- 3/4 t. Turmeric
- cayenne pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together the garlic, ginger, honey, oyster sauce, turmeric, cayenne, and salt. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. When hot add the oil. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and slightly charred on each side and an internal temperature of 165* is reached.
