All Bran Bud Muffins
These heart healthy muffins are delicious and a perfect grab and go breakfast.

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. All Bran Bud Cereal
- 1/2 c. + 2 T. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 T. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 + 2 T. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 T. canola oil
Instructions
- Place the all bran bud cereal in a food processor or blender and pulse until fine crumbs are formed.
- Place into a bowl with the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk together and form a hole in the center.
- Pour the milk, egg and oil into the hole and mix just until incorporated.
- Divide between a six cup muffin pan that has been treated with baking spray.
- Bake in a preheated 400* oven for 20 minutes.
