Tender and juicy, these boneless pork loin chops are breaded in crushed cheetos and baked to perfection.
We are celebrating National Cheese Doodle Day.......
Erin of The Spiffy Cookie asked us to join her in celebrating the iconic snack treat, Cheese Doodles, aka Cheetos here in my neck of the woods.
I joined in the fun last year as well sharing a recipe for these delicious Cheeto Cheese Balls, an ooey goeey appetizer that we loved. This year I decided to go with a main course, originally I was going use cheetos to make chicken strips but then I had some pork chops left from the package I defrosted when I served up Hungarian Pancakes last week and decided to use the cheetos as breading for them instead.
Let's see what cheesy concoctions the others are sharing........
- Black Bean and Cheetos Crunch Wrap from Magical Ingredients
- Cheetos Cheddar Arancini from The Spiffy Cookie
- Cheetos Pork Chops from A Day in the Life on the Farm
- Cheetos Three Cheese Cheeseball from Sweet ReciPEAs
- Chocolate Puff Corn from In Katrina’s Kitchen
