It's time for Multi-Cooker Monday........
We were having an outdoor, social distancing gathering for the Teen's birthday last month and I put a Beef Tenderloin on the rotisserie for dinner. The teen is not a meat lover but she adores cheesy potatoes so I decided to make those so that she would get some protein during the meal.
So the next time you get a hankering for cheesy potatoes and don't want to turn on your oven or don't have extra oven space, worry not. Just grab your slow cooker and you are good to go.
Before I share the recipe let's see what the others cooked up for us today........
- Instant Pot Chicken and Rice from Making Miracles
- Crockpot Stuffed Peppers from Veggies First Then Dessert
- Instant Pot Saffron Risotto from Karen's Kitchen Stories
- Ghugni/White Peas Curry- Pressure Cooker from Sneha's Recipe
- Slow Cooker Cottage Ham with Green Beans and Potatoes from Palatable Pastime
- Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes from A Day in the Life on the Farm
Yield: 12 servings

I love my crockpot, it gets used at least twice a week in my house. Your potatoes look like they turned out amazing. I love the way the edges get brown like that. it's my favorite part to eat.
ReplyDeleteMine too April.
DeleteYummm!! I have a baked version just like this - never thought about trying in a crock pot; brilliant!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rebekah.
DeleteI want all of the crispy edges please! Would it be rude if I did that?
ReplyDeleteNO, but you can have half....the other half is for me.
DeleteLooks so yum and love anything with cheese!
ReplyDeleteI do too Sneha. I'm a cheese nut.
