Friday #SpringSweetsWeek Recipes

There has sure been a ton of wonderful recipes shared this week.  Our readers are ready to celebrate Spring and all of it's holidays including Easter and Mother's Day.

This recipe that I'm sharing today is not only perfect for these holidays but it is quick and easy enough to serve anytime you want to share a great dessert with those you love.

I started out with a store bought graham cracker crust.  I added a layer of chocolate mixed with whipped cream and coconut.

The final layer is Instant Coconut Cream Pudding that you make per package directions.

Refrigerate until set and you are ready to serve it up.

I served it up with another dollop of freshly whipped cream and we dug in.
Soooooooooo good!!

    1. It is, this is one of those recipes where I always try to have the ingredients in my pantry. Should I get a call from the church requesting a dessert for the funeral committee it only takes a moment to throw it together.
