Taking a Moment to Post the Weekly Menu

We have been having a great trip so far and I will be posting all about it as soon as I get home but for right now the house is sleeping so I thought I would grab this moment of quiet to post my Weekly Menu (albeit an abbreviated menu) before everyone else awakens and we head to the beach.

We should be returning home late afternoon on Monday so I am not sure if we are grabbing dinner on the road or if we will be home early enough to make dinner once we get home so I am starting with Tuesday.



 Tuesday
BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Cole Slaw

Wednesday (Frank making dinner)
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Tossed Salad

Thursday
Beer Butt Chicken
Grilled Vegetables

Friday
Italian Sausages with Peppers and Onions
Corn on the Cob
Assorted Salads

    I have yet to try the Beer Butt Chicken but I want to! Have a fun day at the beach and a safe trip home!!

      Thanks Paula, we had a great day at the beach. Arrived at our final destination and just finished a long walk followed by dinner and jazz. Tomorrow we are homeward bound.
