It's National Beer Day and the Sunday Funday bloggers are sharing recipes made with beer.

I am hosting our Sunday Funday Blogging group today and asked the others to join me in celebrating National Beer Day!!

Beer

Since my recipe only calls for one cup of beer, make sure you use your favorite brand so that you can finish the bottle while you cook up this delicious Dirty Shrimp.

I share more recipes containing wine than beer but beer makes a showing quite often too.  It is used for both the sausage and vegetables in these Bratwurst Burgers.  It adds a great depth of flavor to this Mexican Beer Chili and this Beef Pot Roast.

Beer can be included in appetizers; Beer Pretzel Nuggets, breads; Beer Cheese Muffins, soup; Fasolada, dinner; German Brat Salad, and of course, as a batter for fried seafood; Fried Fish.

Dinner Plate

I'm anxious to see what the others cooked up for us with beer today.......
