Cinnamon Pear Muffins #MuffinMonday

Tender crumb chock full of fresh, diced pear, flavored with a touch of cinnamon.  A perfect Fall treat.

Pear Muffins

It's time for Muffin Monday.......
I was excited to finally get some fruit from the trees that we planted a few years ago.  I got about 5 small pears, 3 of which I used to make these muffins.  If you are buying pears, 1 large pear should do it.

  1. SO jealous of your pear trees! We're hoping to put in 2 and then 2 or 3 apple varieties soon. The muffins look awesome!

    1. I have 2 that we put in a few years ago, along with 2 apple trees, one of which didn't make it and a plum tree. Finally got some pears from one of the trees this year. Maybe next year the apple and plum tree will join in the fun.

    1. I know Karen, good thing it was a small harvest this year as there was no canning going on in my house this season. LOL
