On the First Day of Christmas, My True Love is giving me......

Crispy Brussels Sprouts in a Balsamic Vinegar Glaze air fry in only 20 minutes, for a delicious, nutritious side dish to whatever you are serving.

Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts

I served Meatballs in Mushroom Gravy for our choir Christmas party last Friday.  On Sunday I made some mashed potatoes, heated up the leftover Meatballs, and made these quick, tasty Brussels sprouts.  Dinner was ready in less than half an hour.

Tonight Frank is taking me out for dinner and then to the Neil Diamond Tribute, A Beautiful Noise.  What a wonderful way to spend the First Day of Christmas.  We have 11 more days of celebrating the birth of our Lord and I will be posting snippets of our lives and celebrations on each of them.

After the 12 Days of Christmas, we will start preparing for our 10 Days of Rest and Relaxation as we head first to California to see my brother and his family and then to Maui.

Enjoy these Brussels Sprouts that I am sharing with you on this 1st Day of Christmas.  I'm going to go get ready for my date night.
