I had originally planned on sharing a Fruity Baked Oatmeal with you today (stay tuned for that post) but then I read this recipe on my friend Radha's blog, Magical Ingredients, and it sounded so very delicious that I immediately adapted it for the Instant Pot and made it for our breakfast.
My adaptation made enough oatmeal for my husband and I for breakfast and enough leftovers to last me throughout the week. I have been working hard at eating more nutriously and healthfully and this oatmeal is perfect for that.
Wow! Looks amazing! With the title it is a great honor! Thank you so much and glad to hear that you tried and loved it! Your oatmeal looks amazing and love it! Oats is comfort food to me and this bowl looks inviting to me with spot on flavors!
