This easy peasy and delicious recipe goes together in minutes. It is the perfect snack to put together when unexpected guests arrive. Of course, with COVID, that is not happening very much but my brother does ride his Harley over every once in a while to spend some time with me. I am very grateful for his visits.
On the day I made this, my brother had stopped by and I put this out along with a can of PBR. He LOVED it. We visited for a while and then he left and I started dinner. A short time later I got a text from his wife asking for the recipe.
These are easy ingredients to have in your refrigerator and it only takes minutes to whip it together and set it out with a basket of crackers or some fresh veggies.

I can not wait to try this. But, do tell, what is PBR?
ReplyDeletePabst Blue Ribbon. It is the only beer my brother will drink so we always make sure to have it in the refrigerator.
