I had originally planned on making a breakfast parfait when Renu announced the theme for this week. But then we were having friends over for dinner and while planning the menu I thought about Banana Cream Pie as it is one of my husband's favorite desserts.
Remembering the theme for this event, I decided to put those pie ingredients into glasses to serve. They were greatly enjoyed by all.
