Red White and Blue Strawberry Bites
Ingredients
- 1 qt strawberries, washed and cut in half
- 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1/2 pint blueberries
Instructions
- In small bowl of stand mixer, fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and cool whip until light and fluffy. Transfer to a pastry bag or plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
- Arrange the Strawberry halves onto a serving platter. Pipe the cream cheese onto each half and top with blueberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
