I have been doing pretty well sticking with my eating plan that I started right before Thanksgiving. It's not really a diet. I am just keeping track of the foods and calories I take in and calories expended. I try to have a deficit of 500 calories a day. Having these delicious muffins available for breakfast helps and the protein from the yogurt, peanut butter and fiber from whole wheat flour keep me full until lunch time.
