Jasmine Matcha Muffins

Welcome to Muffin Monday being celebrated on this Memorial Day...................

Before I continue with this post. please join me in a moment of silent gratitude for all those front line heros that gave their lives to protect others.

Thank you.

I'm anxious to share my muffin recipe with you today but first let's take a look at what the others are sharing today......

Matcha tea packets

I received a wonderful summer tea package from Adagio Teas.  One of the items they sent was a selection of different flavored matcha tea. My friend, Cam of Culinary Adventures with Camilla, bakes with Matcha all the time.  I had never but was excited when I got this box of flavored matcha teas, knowing that they make great additions to baked goods.

Jasmine Matcha Muffins

I knew that I wanted to use match for the Monday Muffins.  I decided on the Jasmine Matcha and adapted a recipe that I found on Beautiful Eats and Things.

    1. These were very good, Kelly. What a great idea to try the tea in making ice cream. Thanks for the tip.
