We received a bottle of CV All American Chocolate Cream for Christmas and I knew that we would be making some cocktails with it in the days to come.  I went to their website and tagged the recipe for Chocolate Coconut Dream.

I love sweets but I very, rarely eat desserts.  This is because dessert comes after a meal and I love food more than I love sweets so I am always too full to enjoy them.  I'd rather save my dessert and enjoy them for breakfast in the morning with my coffee.

But I always have room for an after dinner drink and I am married to a man who loves being behind the bar and concocting new cocktails.

This cocktail was amazing but if you aren't a coconut fan you might want to check out his Milky Way Martini or his Chocolate Raspberry Martini.  Not a chocoholic?  Try his Orange Creamsicle Martini or Cherry Sweet Tart Martini.

Below this recipe you will find my Weekly Menu.  Having this menu is the only thing that keeps me from standing in front of the fridge at 4 pm wondering what in the heck I should make for dinner.
