This post is sponsored in conjunction with PumpkinWeek . I received product samples from sponsor companies to aid in the creation of the PumpkinWeek recipes. All opinions are mine alone.

Creamy and delicious.  Now you can enjoy all your favorite pumpkin cheesecake flavors through a straw!

Welcome to Day 2 of Pumpkin Week........

Wow!!  Were you all as overwhelmed as I by all the amazing pumpkin recipes shared yesterday?

And how about the awesome gift packages being offered by our generous sponsors?

What giveaway?  You haven't entered the raffle to win an Instant Pot from Dixie Crystals

Or the astounding cheese package from Cabot Creamery?

How about the Kitchen Essential Prize Package from Eggland's Best?

Well, stop right here, right now and pop over to my Welcome Post so you can  enter to win one of these wonderful prizes.  Hurry back though before my Pumpkin Cheesecake Milkshake starts to melt.

Premium Ice Cream blended with pure pumpkin puree, cream cheese and spices is topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs giving you a mouthful of cheesecake goodness in each and every sip.  A little bit of brown sugar provided by Dixie Crystals adds jut the right amount of decadence.

You can use canned puree but making your own is easy peasy.  I shared my technique in this post from last year's PumpkinWeek event.  Psssst....there is a recipe for pumpkin donuts in this article as well.

I served these wonderful milkshakes up on Labor Day alongside the Italian Sausage Burgers that I am also sharing today.  It was a fun way to combine the end of summer with the beginning of fall.  This is, without a doubt, my favorite time of the year.

Before I share this recipe with you let's pop over and see what other pumpkin creations are being shared today.
