Cream Cheese Brownies starting with a Box Mix #BakingBloggers

Moist and Chocolatey with a swirl of cream cheese, nobody will ever guess that you started with a boxed mix.

These brownies are easy, peasy and delicious.  I have made homemade brownies numerous times mostly because I didn't have a boxed mix on hand.  I don't think that my homemade brownies taste that much better than those that come from the boxed mix.

But, alas, I still have a pang of guilt when I just open the box, mix in the eggs, oil and water and call it a day.  These delicious brownies help alleviate that guilt by adding a homemade touch to that pan of brownies.

These were made by our new daughter, who gave them to her Aunt for her birthday.

Luckily her Aunt asked us to join her in enjoying them.  They were very delicious and it was a great first cooking project for our new daughter to start with in our kitchen.

These also will make the perfect addition to the kids lunchboxes as they start the new school year.  Doesn't it seem incredible that school is already starting?  Where does the time go?

Make sure you stop by and see all the other incredible brownies and bars being shared today.  You will find links to them directly under my recipe.

  6. I have never heard a single complaint when I crutched using a box mix for brownies. And I like that it would be cool easy to turn these into sugar free. A diet that you can eat brownies on is the very best kind!

    1. How could you turn them into sugar free? If you didn't use the box mix it would be an entirely different recipe, and surely the mix has sugar in it?
