All of your favorite flavors of the classic Italian dessert in a Bundt cake.
It's time for Bundt Bakers.........
Patricia of Pat Y Co Candy Bar invited the members of Bundt Bakers to join her this month in sharing the flavors of Italy saying:
"Bake your favorite Italian dessert with us this month as a Bundt cake.
This would include all Italian desserts ...Panna-cotta, Ice cream, Torta Caprese, Cannoli, Panettone, Cassata, TiramisĂș....Endless delight ... let your imagination fly with the sweets of Italy !!"
My husband's favorite dessert is Tiramisu so that made my choice very easy. Let's take a look at the recipes being shared today......
I was happy to find this easy peasy recipe for a Tiramisu Bundt starting with a cake mix over at Food.com. It was posted by Fifi who said that she had found it in a magazine. There was no credit given to the magazine nor the original author.
I served this cake up as dessert to my sister and her husband when they joined us for dinner last week. It was amazing and Frank was very happy with my choice.

Ingredients:
- 1 box (8 oz) white cake mix
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 2 T. canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. strong coffee
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
- 2 t. strong coffee
- 1 (3 oz) pkg French Vanilla Instant Pudding mix.

- Turn into a bundt pan that has been treated with baking spray and bake in a preheated 350* oven for 50-60 minutes, until a skewer inserted removes cleanly.
- Let cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.
- Place onto a cake platter and drizzle with the 8 oz. of strong coffee, allowing the cake to absorb from the top and the bottom.
- In small bowl of stand mixer, fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the Cool Whip, 2 t. coffee and pudding mix for a minute until it is light and fluffy.
- Frost the cake and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with baking cocoa right before slicing and serving.
