It is just one reason why I LOVE my Instant Pot. Of course, I also love my slow cooker and air fryer. In fact I love all my kitchen gadgets which is why I'm happy to invite you to check out a new group that I joined called Multi Cooker Monday.
My friend Sue of Palatable Pastime asked those of us involved in Baking Bloggers, which posts on the second Monday of each month, if we would be interested in joining a new group using small appliances to post on the third Monday.
As my readers know, I have an addiction to food blogging groups so, of course, I said yes. This is a very easy group. You can share any recipe that is new to your blog as long as you use an instant pot, slow cooker, air fryer, sous vide, or any other small appliance.
I am anxious to get some new recipes from my fellow bloggers. Let's take a look at what they cooked up for us today.......

This is an easy task for me because I use one or more small appliances several times a week. When I first got my Instant Pot a year ago on Christmas, I wasn't sure how much I would use it. Let me tell you, I use it all the time. Even when I don't plan on using it I have turned to it when plans go awry like last week when I was making these Beef Short Ribs.
I liked mine so much that my daughter, Amy, got one too. We were talking about how much we like them when she told me that she used to buy hard boiled eggs from the store to take in her lunches but since she got her slow cooker that is a thing of the past. She couldn't get over how perfectly they turn out. I, of course, had to try it for myself.
My ladies are done molting now so I am back to getting a half dozen eggs per day. I took a dozen of the oldest to try out this recipe. Place them on the rack that is included with the instant pot. Add a cup of water to the bottom of the pot. Seal and manually set to high pressure for 5 minutes. When it is done, let cool in pressure for 5 minutes then quick release remaining pressure and put the eggs directly into an ice bath for 5 minutes.
That's all there is to it! After 5 minutes in the ice bath, I peeled 3 immediately and we had them for breakfast with a bagel. The others went into the refrigerator and were set out the following day as part of a continental breakfast buffet that I served when my TC family was visiting overnight. The peels slide right off, no sticking and no frustrating mess.

You and I have totally different feelings where Instant Pots are concerned. I'm pretty sure I got a dud...I loathe mine and would happily throw it out the window. Although, the idea of cooking eggs in one does kind of make me ponder giving it a try and testing my temper!!!
