Do you entertain on game days? I do but never with the intention of watching the game LOL. We are not huge sports fans in our household but we love to entertain and eat and drink so we are always up for a party.
And sometimes our guests turn on the game, which is fine with us and sometimes we will even join them in their cheers but more often in their moans....After all, we are the home of the Detroit Lions.
One of our favorite appetizers to serve when having a party is wings. Everybody loves wings, they can be made ahead of time and they are so versatile. You can season them with whatever is on hand when you make them. Some of our favorites are these Israeli Sticky Wings, Korean Wings, Sweet and Spicy Wings, Cherry Chipotle Glazed Wings. and one of the first recipes I ever shared with you that I named Ting's Wings.
These that I'm sharing with you today, were first seasoned with a chicken rub that came with our Traeger grill when we bought it. You can use your favorite seasoning or rub. After they are grilled to completion, slather them with this Honey-Cinnamon Whiskey BBQ sauce and let them cook for another few minutes until the sauce is set. Serve with plenty of napkins!!
