A swirl of chocolate in the glass followed by a combination of Raspberry Vodka and dark Creme de Cocoa is the perfect after dinner drink.

Cheers!!  I am joining in with the Improv Cooking Challenge crew as we create recipes containing Chocolate and Raspberry.

Improv Cooking Challenge is a fun group led by Nichole of  Cookaholic Wife.  Each month Nicole provides us with 2 ingredients and sends us off to create a recipe that contains both ingredients.

This month our ingredients were Chocolate and Raspberry.  I love chocolate and raspberry together and I had the perfect recipe to share with you today that I haven't made in years.  In fact, I hadn't even known about blogging when I used to make these scrumptious brownies topped with raspberries.

Now that I remember about that recipe, I am going to look it up and share it with you one day....but today is not that day.  Life got very busy around here and this event got pushed on the back burner.

Last night we were having our friends, John and Kirsten, over for dinner and game night.  Before they arrived, I asked Frank to experiment and create a Chocolate Raspberry Martini for us to sip after dinner while we played our games.

This was the result.......

It would have been much prettier with a garnish of fresh raspberries.  Unfortunately I didn't have any raspberries in the house.  The chocolate swirl is a necessity in this drink, smoothing out the alcohol.

Let's take a look at the other Chocolate and Raspberry Creations
