This is my final recipe for Christmas Sweets Week.  On Monday, I shared with you an easy and delicious Egg Nog Ice Cream recipe.  Wednesday I shared some tasty little Chocolate Cherry Brownie Bites.

Egg Nog Ice Cream

Since it is Friday and a perfect night for cocktails I thought I would share with you how we turned our leftover eggnog ice cream into an amazing cocktail.

Cocktail ingredients

It doesn't get much easier than placing the ice cream and brandy in a blender and pulsing it a couple of times.  It doesn't get much more delicious either.  You don't have to use homemade ice cream but if you use store bought you may need to add a little bit of milk while blending to get the right consistency.

So this Holiday Season make this easy peasy Ice Cream recipe and share it with your family as dessert. Then when the kids go to sleep with visions of sugarplums in their heads, make this cocktail for you and that someone special and cheer that this year is nearly over.  2021 has to be better.
