On our way home and the Weekly Menu

We had a great time on our Cozumel trip.  Our final dive of the trip marked #300 for Frank.  What a lot of good memories we have from so many amazing trips.

This is our first time back to Cozumel since 2009.  The dive master in the front of the photo, wearing black shirt and blue pants, is Lorena.  She was our dive master in 2009 also.  Since then she has gotten married and has had 2 children.  She was as amazing as we remembered as was our other Dive Master, Gabriel, pictured her in to the left of Lorena in the yellow shirt.

Knowing how hard it is to get good still shots in Cozumel due to the current, Frank only shot video on his go pro.  Some great stills will be coming out of that film and I will share them with you when he gets home and is done editing.

While we were in Cozumel, our home town was hit by storms so the Teen was off school for three days at the end of the week.  We could have brought her with us!!

When we get home hopefully life will get back to normal.  Normal for me during Lent means Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday are spent busy with the Parish Fish Fry.

In between there I will be preparing meals for my family so here is the Weekly Menu.  What's on your menu this week?

Saturday
Grabbing Dinner on the way home

Sunday
Italian Roast Chicken
Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes
Brussels Sprouts

Meatless Monday
Menestra de Porotos

Taco Tuesday
Bean and Cheese Panchos

Wednesday
Greek Spinach and Chicken Pie

Thursday
Venison Meatballs over Noodles
Green Beans

Friday
Church Fish Fry

  1. Your diving adventure sounds great. We haven't been diving much lately but used to love the activity and the places it took us. Sadly, many of the pristine reefs we saw have now been destroyed by a variety of disasters.

    1. Yes, that is sad but there are still many to enjoy and the others will come back.
