Weekly Menu for the Beginning of November

Can you believe it is already November!!!  Holy Samoly, where does the time go??  I don't have a lot on the calendar for this week.  Next Saturday is our Scrapbooking weekend that we attend each year.  I am looking forward to it....not because of the scrapbooking but because I get to spend the whole day with a group of my favorite peeps.

Today, is a yicky, rainy, blustery day.  We have Mass at 4 pm and then will be coming home to a steaming pot of soup.

Tomorrow is a free day and it is supposed to be beautiful so perhaps we will go for a flight or a ride somewhere.  I hope to get a nice Fall hike in wherever we end up.  Ting usually comes by on Sundays as well because it is Walking Dead night and she doesn't have the channel that carries the show.  She and Frank watch it while I get my baby fix.  I am making a braised meal so it can cook while we are gone.

Jen, Randy and the kids will be arriving Thursday night or Friday early afternoon and my friend, Cathy, will be arriving sometime Friday as well.  I will be having Ting bring the baby over for a visit with everyone. I will see if Amy and Doug are free to join us.

As always, I will be posting photos and recipes as the week progresses so please stop back and visit. I also always link up with MPM so if you are looking for more menu ideas make sure to stop by there as well.  Hope you have a great week.
